What activities do you lose yourself in?
So when I am sad or too stressful, what would I do? Usually I would cry my heart out when I am low. If I don’t feel better afterwards, I would cry more. When stress hits, I would do yoga to release the pressure and anxiety. Does these count? When friends tell me they would eat or go shopping to make themselves feel better in these situations, I am envious and wish I could do that too. I usually ended up having no appetite for anything, and that is only making things worse. You need more energy to lift up your spirit at the first place. But I guess it is ok to have different ways for stress release. When I’m telling these to my friends, they are joking that basically i am dehydrating myself to feel better – through crying and sweating. That is a weird way to put it but I like it.
